Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

• "Platform" means the MedFlow SaaS application accessible at med.webfiredegitech.com and its associated services.
• "Service Provider" means Webfire Degitech, the sole proprietor/entity that owns and operates the MedFlow platform.
• "Subscriber" / "Owner" means the pharmacy owner or business entity that registers for a paid or trial subscription on MedFlow.
• "User" means any individual (owner, branch manager, or staff) accessing the Platform under a Subscriber's account.
• "Tenant" means a single pharmacy business unit occupying an isolated data space on the Platform.
• "Subscription Plan" means a paid or trial tier (e.g., Starter, Professional) granting access to specific features within the Platform.
• "Content" means all business data, inventory records, patient billing data, and reports generated or uploaded by Users within the Platform.

2. User Eligibility

To access MedFlow, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Operate a legally registered pharmacy, medical store, or healthcare-related business in India.
• Hold all required licenses (Drug License, GST Registration, etc.) mandated by applicable Indian laws.
• Provide accurate business information during registration, including tenant name, email address, and phone number.

MedFlow is a B2B SaaS product. Registration is not available to individuals for personal use.

3. Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide complete, accurate, and current business details (Tenant Name, Contact Email, Phone).
• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.
• Immediately notify Webfire Degitech at support@webfiredegitech.com if you suspect any unauthorized access.
• Not share your account access with individuals outside your registered business without creating individual sub-accounts (Staff/Manager roles) through the Platform.

Each new tenant account is subject to admin approval by Webfire Degitech before full access is granted. Webfire Degitech reserves the right to reject any registration at its discretion.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Platform to:

• Store or distribute counterfeit, illegal, or schedule-H/X drug sale records not compliant with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the Platform's source code or algorithms.
• Conduct automated scraping, bulk data extraction, or denial-of-service attacks on the Platform infrastructure.
• Impersonate another pharmacy, user, or Webfire Degitech personnel.
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or any harmful software through the Platform.
• Use the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate pharmacy inventory management, billing, and stock control.

5. Subscription, Trial & Billing

• Free Trial: Newly registered tenants receive a 7–15 day free trial with access to core features. The trial period is configurable by the Super Admin and will auto-expire.
• Auto-Expiry: Trial accounts are automatically marked as expired upon trial end. Access to operational features (Billing, Sales, Stock Transfers) will be restricted until a paid plan is activated.
• Auto-Downgrade: Expired trial accounts may be automatically downgraded to a restricted Free tier, as configured by the administrator.
• Subscription Plans: Plans are offered on a monthly or annual basis. Pricing is denominated in Indian Rupees (₹).
• Payment Gateway: All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By subscribing, you agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service.
• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
• Admin Override: Webfire Degitech's Super Admin reserves the right to manually override subscription status, extend trials, or revoke access for any account.
• Price Changes: Webfire Degitech will provide 30 days' notice before modifying subscription pricing for existing subscribers.

6. Intellectual Property

The MedFlow platform, including its source code, UI designs, algorithms, logos, and branding, is the exclusive intellectual property of Webfire Degitech. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for your internal pharmacy operations. You retain full ownership of the business data (inventory records, customer bills, purchase orders) you input into the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Webfire Degitech shall not be liable for:

• Loss of business revenue, profits, or data arising from service downtime.
• Any decisions made based on reports or data generated by the Platform.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any nature.

Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the preceding 3 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Platform will be revoked immediately.
• Your data will be retained for 30 days post-termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.
• Webfire Degitech may terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice or refund.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Webfire Degitech regarding MedFlow.
